Permission Remove Trash Files in Ubuntu

have problems with your trash in ubuntu, does not want the file deleted, Permission denied warning appears,

this solution:
entrance to the terminal, type:

$ sudo chmod-R 755 ~ /.local/share/Trash/files/

then, empty your trash folder again, and feel the difference
