If you have 2 OS booting. Average may you install windows OS & Ubuntu. Here, I use windows XP SP2 & Ubuntu 9.04.

- Use Ubuntu OS
- after that open new terminal.
- and type ntfsfix sudo/dev/sda1 for check and repair the partition.
- (assuming your Windows partition is /dev/sda1/ depending on your installation time in his first place where its windows partition)
- ok! if you are interested .. please wait until the process is finished. if I finished reboot / restart your PC & try to go to your windows OS (successful or not depends on the damage to the windows partition you)
